We are very pleased and excited to share our efforts on and progress of your timpeo service on this page with you. So, nice to see you here.

The development of timpeo and thus the information on changes and new features on this page is structured by regular live releases on fixed target dates (currently at a 14-day frequency). So each single release lists (and hopefully fully explains) all its specific changes or extensions provided.

  We have updated the text area fields of the workspace to support markdown code format - so it is easier to read when using text formatting.

  We changed the default status of a cloned / copied to "In Work" - otherwise it does not show up in our object listing.

  We have fixed the version comments to make sure to show the user who was performing the change - in addition we are now adding the creation comments when Morty is doing his work.

  LongVery long texts in textareas will now be shown completly by default - so there is no need to manually enlarge the viewport of the text area.

  We are working on a dedicated detail page for every started Morty Autoflow. It will show the current processing status and provide clear feedback along with specific next steps and follow-up actions.

• WORKSPACE | Creation | Consolidation
  Creating new workspaces within your timpeo account is no longer unlimited. If you need an additional workspace, please get in touch with Matilda.

• WORKSPACE | Autocreation | Consolidation
  We’ve suspended the automatic creation of the additional personal workspace during account setup, as usage has proven to be very limited.

• OBJECTS | CrossChecks | New
  We’re preparing an automated cross-check that Morty will perform whenever a position or search mandate is created. You’ll receive an immediate assessment as direct feedback—supporting you in optimizing the setup right within the creation flow.

• FEATURES | INTERCONNECTIONS | Optimization
  Until now, output features only processed data from other features explicitly marked as active. To simplify workflows, we’ve updated this logic: Morty now evaluates the full feature dataset and selects the one with the best status (active > approved > approval pending > in work) and the newest creation date. This ensures smoother flows and clearer control across different feature sets.

• FEATURES | Resulttexts | Fix Paragraphs in continuous texts now include an additional line break—resulting in significantly improved readability.

  We’re introducing the Promotion Package, which includes a full set of network and employee engagement templates for editorials, postings, and direct messages.

  We’ve removed the workshop component from the sourcing package, as it did not prove effective. We recommend using the main conception workshop feature instead.

  We’re internally preparing a whole set of new functions and flows to give Morty processes a more agent-like level of autonomy.

  The export of objects does now react on the choosen interface language to define the label texts of the object areas and blocks - but please be aware, that this has no effect on the language of the content itself.

  Scrolling within the timeline view context will now allow you to zoom in/out, while click and hold offers the possibility to change to a different period within the calendar.

  We have updated our Gemini-based model usage for some preview features to now stick to European data centers, so all our LLM requests, be it OpenAI or Google, are sent and processed within the EU.

• WORKSPACE | Membership - Leave | Optimization
  Until this deployment it was only workspace owners who could manage team memberships, but now you have the free choice to leave a workspace if you want. There is one exception though: workspace owners can't leave their own workspace.

• POSITION | Hiring Mandate - Timeline View | New
  We have added this new timeline as an alternative view for the hiring mandates of a certain position. Allowing a chronological overview and/or comparison of competing mandates (i.e. A/B testing scenarios).

• HIRING MANDATE | Done Status | New
  When setting the hiring mandate to the status "Done" we will now ask you for some information on the hiring mandate performance (did you succeed in filling the position and do you have any specific comment on details of its performance). This data was previously solely found in the internal data of a hiring mandate.

• FEATURES | Targeting Research | Preparation / internal only :)
  We have provided a new feature aimed to assist your approach efforts. The targeting research feature will provide you with valuable targeting information covering position-related keywords, potential target companies, and relevant influencers. It extends and replaces the Influence Radar previously available in preview.

  We have optimized our internal validation procedures on the LLM results we are receiving, to allow empty result sets (where wanted).

  We are proud that we have already added the brand new GPT-5 and Gemini 2.5 Pro models as further possible options to choose from – we are task-specific in evaluating the use of the different models regarding time and quality.

  We now distinguish between personal and regular workspaces. The personal one is created automatically when signing up in order to provide you with a small testing environment. These workspaces are no longer cloneable. :)

  We have extended the internal data of a position with information on whether the position is currently filled (plus information on who is requesting the internal personnel number) and whether the position is open for applications. Spoiler: This opens the path to broader usage of the position object within timpeo.

  We have extended the internal data of a hiring mandate with information on whether the mandate was successful (thus whether the position could be filled) and ask for commenting on that result.

• HIRING MANDATE | Target Data | New / Optimization
  We have extended the internal data of a hiring mandate by asking for and setting a defined target date for the hiring mandate to be completed. The default date is the creation date of the mandate plus two months.

  We are now offering a status "Done," which is used to indicate that the certain hiring mandate efforts are stopped.

  We have been working on our second iteration of our Interview Questions in order to make them more case-specific, easier to read and more appropriately prioritized.

  Currently we are about to extend both the save functionality and the assign flow to offer the possibility to add an optional text comment. This way you are provided with a more sophisticated version history and you can add a concrete task to the assignee when assigning an object.

  As you will be able to provide specific text comments when saving a certain version, we do provide a specific access to the version history of an object, showing a timeline with all save commands and comments.   After adapting the data in the last release we have now cleaned up the edit view of object data. Including a very special color for the Morty chat window. We hope you will enjoy that optimization.

  We are providing the new functionality, which allows the export of any timpeo object as MS Excel or MS Word document - simply to make sure, to avoid any locked-in feeling ;)

You can choose between Private (Owner Only), Workspace Team (Read Only or Edit), Public by Deeplink (Read Only or Edit). By default we keep a position private - so no worries your current work isn't shared immediately. You can easily change the access rights in the metadata of the position.

  In case you have set a position to public, you can find the specific deeplink again in the metadata of the position. And hey! It is also immediately available in your clipboard for easy sharing in case you click on the access right badge indicating that it is public.

  Areas which are prepared for you by Morty get the initialized status. So you know you want to look at Morty's suggestions.
